What exactly is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we will accept returns of compatible ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within six months of the original shipping date.

If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only one (1) set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.  We will replace defective compatible products free of charge if the products are returned within one year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.

Are compatible or remanufactured toners inferior to OEM toners?

The color and page yield are guaranteed to meet or exceed brand name (OEM) toners.

How much can be financially saved from buying toner through your company?

Each business is unique in regards to their printing needs.  Some businesses only have one printer and go through a single toner a month while others have multiple printers and go through multiple toners a week.  With that said, we will definitely be able to save you money and it can vary between hundreds of dollars to thousands.

Don't compatible or remanufactured toners void the printer warranty?

Absolutely not.  Due to the Magnuson Moss Warranty Improvement Act, it's actually against the law for printer brands to void your printer warranty for buying or using compatible printer toners.  The law protects consumer rights in regards to manufacturer warranties, including desktop inkjet and laserjet printers.

 

Here's an excerpt from the law that specifically applies to the use of generic or third-party parts in name brand appliances.

'No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name.'
